The Federal government give taxpayers the option to pay their income taxes in installments to make it easier on people with limited incomes. Also, this allows taxpayers to adjust their payments so that if there is an increase or decrease in their income, they can still have paid their proper taxes by the end of the year.

They pay for specific social programs rather than general government activities.
The Constitution of the US allows the government to tax individuals to provide for the common needs of the people. Many other countries have similar laws and tax structures. One of the most 'equitable' means of doing so is to base the tax on the income of the individuals, rather than having a flat tax for each person. This supposedly puts a bigger burden on the rich then the poor. By requiring each business to submit the tax from each pay check, the government gets a more even spread of money throughout the year, and prevents people from spending it before the government gets their share.
Your state's Statute of Limitations law will provide you with the answer to that question. Charging off a debt is essentially just a bookkeeping term, and does not affect the company's ability to collect the debt from you. The seven-year time frame you reference is related only to how long it can be reported on your credit file, and is completely separate from the Statute of Limitations, which can be anywhere from 3 to 10 years or more. Of course, I'm not a lawyer and this should not be construed as legal advice, but rather general information based on my experiences and research. I make no guarentee as to the accuracy of the information.
because the republicanism is better than pure democracy
well let me tell you "rather and prefer" means the same so you are gonna use prefer in two ways. you can use "to + infinitive verb" or an -ing form after prefer you can say: examples: I prefer to eat a salad or I prefer eating and rather you just use it whit a verb whitout to or an -ing form I rather go the park I rather sit down
Rather is an adverb, not a verb.If you say I would rather..., it means I would prefer..., but, although prefer is a verb, ratheris not.
They prefer to be the receiver rather than the giver. They prefer being penetrated rather than penetrating.
