If you cheat or abscond without paying the credit card bill, they will put you in black list and nowhere you can get loan or credit card in any banks in India. If you think you have that problem you can check it by writing ti cibil to get your credibility report. The porcedure for applying is easy . you have to fill a CIR request form with your address proof and Identity proof, some fees.
