This is a natural extension of our babysitter mentality for the Government. If you want the Government to be your mother and supply you with all your health care, you must accept the fact that they will tell you what you can and can not do.
My opinion is that I am an adult and want freedom more then I want free stuff from my Government. No, soda has no business being taxed in a free society.
