I had been trying to do this for weeks. All communication with Alibaba about this was ignored. Their site gives you no way of doing this. In frustration I replied to one of their marketing emails telling them I no longer wanted any communication from. I received a reply telling me it was an automated system and no member of their staff would reply to it.
I sent a reply to that that was less than polite, I received the same claimed automated reply.
I replied to that telling them to GO F*** themselves, I received the same reply.
I replied to that one being even ruder, the same reply. I kept that up for 50 emails, they sent one, I sent a rude reply.Then I discovered the actual owner of Alibaba's email address, and forwarded a copy of every email and reply to dnsadmin@hk.alibaba-inc.com I have not heard from them for ages, try it.
