Scientifically speaking, I'm not 100% certain that it will or will not decay a chicken bone. But, I will make an inference. I'm inferring that anything will decay a chicken bone. The oxygen around the chicken bone has chemicals that will slowly decay anything in the matter of time. If you add soda to it, I'm not sure what would happen to it but I know it will still decay with soda on it.
Since Coke or Pepsi decays teeth the most i think those 2 sodas will decay a bone faster.
It will soften it.

No soda can dissolve a chicken bone completely. While some sodas contain acids that can weaken bones over time, it would take a significantly long period for any soda to fully dissolve a chicken bone.
chicken bone
A tooth will decay faster in soda because of the acid content that dissolves the tooth. In water, which is PH neutral, the tooth shouldn't decay at all.

The high acidity level in soda can erode the bone over time, breaking it down and weakening its structure. The process is mainly due to the carbonic acid in the soda which can dissolve the calcium in the bone.
When a chicken bone is soaked in cola, the acidic nature of the cola can weaken the bone structure. Over time, the cola can dissolve some of the calcium and minerals in the bone, causing it to become softer and potentially break down.
