i the truck feels like the engine is jerking it up then it might be the spark plugs or maybe the spark plug wires it sounds stupid but when a bad wire sends electrcity to the spark plug while the car is runing the spark burn smore gas than needed so it gives the car a boost because it is burning more gas so the truck jerks if this doesnt do anything take it in to have a look at it oh and if the the back is sagging and the truck feels heveier in the back or the front you might need to rplace your struts or your leave spring or it might be a bad shock email me back and tell me if this helps at littlewalter22@msn.com good luck Sounds like a transmission problem when downshifting.
