Because even though Alaska is connected to Canada, the US purchased it.

At first is was part of Russia. They sold it to Canada, who sold it to USA.

Probably because of the racist white people still not wanting to give us Alaska natives our land back and how the government is benefiting off of the land of Alaska. So Alaska should become its own state (Alaska is its own state but the U.S. still owns it) and not a part of the U.S.

Alaska was never a part of Canada. Russia claimed Alaska for themselves then sold it to the U.S.
