Dead short or overload in parking/tail/dash lights
Remove all bulbs and sockets, inspect for damage
Check bulbs for internal short
Replace one at a time until fuse blows and at least you will know where to further investigate
ANSWER 2: mine started doing that after i put an aftermarket CD player in and used the factory ground wire to hook it up. attaching the unit's ground to chassis fixed the problem.

They are called cornering lights. If you are looking for a replacement part I found the best deal at http://www.affordableautoparts4u.com/ for my 92 Previa. I bought one for about 45 dollars.
what color is the negative parking wire and where is located
you have bad contact in ground cable of the brake lights You might also like to check that there has not been a bulb replacement lately that uses a single contact in a double contact socket. This would have the effect of shorting the brake and tail light inputs and thus turn on ALL lights when brakes are applied or the parking lights turned on.
blown fuse
Tail lights are replaced by removing the entire rear plasic cover to the back hatch.
The Switch may be bad. Check the bulbs for the parking lights. Check the fuses / relays for the parking lights.
depending what year check the turn signal switch. on the end if you turn it counter clockwise the parking lights should come on and if your turn it further the headlights will come on..
Check to see if parking/tail lights are working - same fuse
A bad relay could be the reason why the parking lights on the Toyota Sequoia won't turn off. Swapping the relay out with another one may fix this problem.
If headlamps are not working but the parking lights are working can it be the fuse that is faulty
