Pigs are typically raised in farms for commercial purposes, such as breeding for meat production. Farms provide controlled environments where pigs can be fed, housed, and cared for efficiently to meet the demand for pork consumption. Additionally, farms allow for the management of pig populations and breeding programs to ensure sustainable production.
