Where did guns n roses get their name?

Guns N' Roses got there name because some band members from L.A. Guns and some from Hollywood Rose formed Guns N' Roses. It was also to do with the fact that two of the founding members names were Axl Rose and Tracii Guns.

Guns N' Roses was originally Hollywood Rose then Changed the name by Using Original Guitarist Tracii Guns last Name and Axl's and possibly Duff's Middle and last name Rose together giving us
