There are many documented cases of Orca (Killer Whales) killing Great White Sharks.
Orca have advantages over sharks. They are much smarter and rely on sonar. In a fight between a single Orca and Great White Shark, the Orca has a high probability of winning. Orca also travel in pods rather than alone which would guarentee their winning a fight against a Great White.
Orca do prey on some sharks, most notably the Basking Shark, the second largest shark next to the Great White Shark.
Great White Sharks and Orca do not compete with each other, so a fight between the two is unlikely, but does happen.

Yes a Orca is bigger and weighs more then a Great White Shark but have you ever heard of David and Goliath? I've seen the video and the Orca hit the shark from the side while the shark was hunting seals. It was a "cheap shot," if you will. But hands down, A GREAT WHITE SHARK would win
This 'fight' happens quite frequently in nature, and really isn't much of a fight, as great white sharks are a regular prey animal for orca whales. In fact, National Geographic has a video of a great white shark being physically lifted out of the water and bitten in half by an orca.
Killer whales are known to kill and eat sharks, the orca would win because they're stronger, has powerful jaw, and look at their size, it is enormus and huge. And the shark would just try to swim away from the killer whale.
