Yes, in Friday the 13th he is weak, but as the chapters pass his muscles grow and he begins to get strengh. In Jason x his victoms try to shoot, fight and stab him but they are not strong enough. Even Jill shoots him with a machine gun but he just did not die. Michael Myers is less strong it only takes about 6 or 5 shots to knock him out but both are animal instinct & inhuman. but you can shoot, stab, fight them all you want cause as they say "Evil never dies".
While Leatherface may be stronger than the average person, he's still only human. I'm not sure what the hell Jason is, but he's definitely stronger than Leatherface.
