Astrologers predict if a meteor will hit Earth two years later, if the sun will not give out light a century later or if the planet Mercury will have their own Biology and life living there. Actually, an astrologer can study anything to do with the solar system.

In general, these are not always necessary, but will aid one who seeks to take astrology on as an actual profession and to legitimize their name. One must have excellent intuition, an ability to counsel others and an understanding of basic psychology on top of understanding astrological methods to become a good astrologer.
