The little boy is Toshio Saeki, the son of Kayako and Takeo Saeki. All three of them haunt the house.
The grudge-curse was created when Takeo murdered his wife (Kayako) and son (Toshio) in a jealous rage. His wife had a crush on another man (played by Bill Pullman in the American version of the film) and wrote about it in her diary. When Takeo found the diary, he flipped out and murdered her, Toshio, and the boy's cat.
She and her son hold a terrible grudge against Takeo for murdering them. Their rage (their grudge) created the curse.
There's only one little ghost boy in The Grudge. And no, he is not real.
The boy is the girl's son and the girl is the grudge
The Grudge gender depends on what movie. There is a grudge boy and girl. For example, there is the boy from the grudge from one of the scary movies. And the girl in one of the original ones.
No. The Ring and The Grudge are two different series of movies that have absolutely nothing to do with each other. The only things they have in common are that they are both from Japan and they both feature evil ghost women with long black hair. And, not for nothing, but "The Grudge" is the name of the movie, not the ghosts in it. The evil dead woman's name is not The Grudge. The character's name is Kayako Saeki, and the little boy is her son, Toshio Saeki.
Actually, where ever you heard that, its NOT true! Dude, watch the movie before you ask these questions! The GRUDGE is most likely(I think)the BOY's sister. From: WISDOM WISE
The movie is called The Grudge because the scary blue woman and her little boy hold an eternal grudge against the boy's father (her husband) for murdering them. The Grudge is not a person. The woman herself is not The Grudge; she's the person who HAS The Grudge (along with her son), and that grudge formed a curse over the house. The scary woman from The Grudge is named Kayako Saeki. Her son, the little boy, is Toshio Saeki.

It's called The Grudge because the ghost woman and her ghost son hold an eternal grudge against her husband (the boy's father) for killing them. When the husband found out that she had a huge unrequited crush on another man, he became enraged. He drowned the boy and his cat, snapped his wife's neck, and then hung himself.Their fury at him formed a curse on the house. The grudge they hold is the curse.
He doesn't like you or maybe has a grudge against you!
She doesn't die, the girl drank the liquid thing that would "stop" the grudge but instead the gudge just got trapped in her. If you watch the end of grudge 3. But there was another grudge which was the grudge's little sister. She became another grudge because the girls brother killed her by stabbing her in the neck when she was still alive then when she died she turned into the grudge and killed him by biting his neck.
If you are talking about when he was alive then how he died, then died by his father drowning him in the bathtub.
