According to The Bible, Genesis 4:1 tells us: "Adam made love to his wife Eve, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Cain...." (NIV) Cain is missing from Adam's lineage because of his unfaithfulness, and he and his descendants died at the flood. Seth replaced Abel, as the faithful son, and his lineage continues through Noah (Genesis 5:3-32) to the coming of Messiah(Luke 3:36-38). No where in the Bible does it mention that Eve had intercourse or children with anyone else other than her husband, Adam. (Genesis 2:23+24)

Cain was Not the son of Adam. But he was the son of Eve. Genesis chapter 5 verse 3 starts the generations of Adam.Cain is not listed. Cain has his own generations line in Genesis chapter 4 verse 17. He was from the affair between Eve and the ole snake-in-the-grass, Satan. Partaking of the fruit was having sex, not an apple. Strong's Exaustive Concordance of The Bible.
