Contextual tab
If someone mentions contextual tab, they are talking about Microsoft Office Word 2007. In that program, a contextual tab is a tab along the top that only appears when you have selected a certain piece of material. For example, if you click on a table, or a picture, a contextual tab appears. It is a different color that the rest of the tabs.

When you create a chart it can be embedded into the sheet where the data appears. You also have the option of setting the chart to be on a sheet tab of its own. This is a Chart Sheet.
Drawing Tools Format
It is a sheet that only contains a chart and has no columns or rows. It shows a chart completely on its own sheet instead of being embedded in a worksheet.
You could press the F11 key which will automatically create a chart based on the default settings. You are better to start the Chart Wizard, so that you can choose what kind of chart that you want. You can click on the Insert tab or Insert menu, depending on the version of Excel you have, and start from the options that are there.
Right click on the embedded chart and choose 'location'.Click radio button next to 'As new sheet' then click OK.Alselect CHART TOOLS DESIGN TAB, then click MOVE CHART LOCATION
It is in its own group, which is just called "Type".
Use the Insert tab and select from the Charts section.
