ABBA, formed in Sweden, is known for playing a style of pop music that was very popular in disco clubs in the 70's. Ironically, perhaps, in recent times some have tried to label Abba a disco band, yet few of their songs have a traditional disco beat or instrumentation. And, during their heyday, only two Abba tracks ever charted on Billboard's dance chart.
