Which episode does kyo start liking tohru?

In the last episode. Although, Tohru is the one who confesses. In the manga, I think it is Volume 12...?

Tohru tells Kyo she loves him in the 21st manga and Kyo tells her that her feelings are disillusioned then she runs away meets Akito but then she falls off the cliff and goes unconscious and Kyo finds out and kinda freaks out saying this is not what he wanted and Tohru tells him its okay its okay ( and she means that its ok he doesnt love her back) then she goes unconscious again and the Kyo kisses her then after she comes out of the hospital he chases after her after he runs away and confesses that he loves her and basically apologizes for hurting her

There is only one season......He does kiss her but only in the manga. He does not kiss her in the anime and the anime is cut short right when Kyo's true form is seen by Tohru. If you have not read the manga you should the anime does not even do the manga justice. You can read it online for free on manga fox or other manga sites.

It doesn't happen like that.

First off, its not in the anime. it never happens in the anime. it happens in the manga.

They both love each other, but finally Tohru decides to confess to Kyo in volume 21 and 22 (it happens at the end of 21 i think and then mostly in 22)

He DOES love her when she says "do you love me?" but he tells her the story instead about how he knew her mother, ect. and that he could never be with her, ect. but she says that she loves him too much, ect. and so he says he's disillusioned, tohru gets sad, runs away, all this stuff happens, she falls off a clift at one point, kyo finds her, kisses her while she's unconscious but she doesn't know. when she gets out of the hospital kyo runs after her. tells her his feelings. they kiss again. then she hugs him. he doesnt transform. the curse is broken. they were forever together after that:) and after they go off together, they have a son, which is shown in a fill in the blank sketch, not the actual manga, until the end they do show him as a man. and they have a granddaughter. that's in the future tho

Kyo starts to develop feelings for Tohru throughout the series, but it becomes more apparent in the later episodes of Fruits Basket.具Fact that Kyo likes Tohru is prominent towards the end of the first season and becomes a significant plot point in the second season.
