Fruits and vegetables that are high in iron are: broccoli, bok choy, parsley, mint, barley, rice flakes, dried dates, watermelon, raisins, Prunes, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, potatoes, dried apricots, cashews, sunflower seeds, dried figs, almonds, and soybeans/tofu products. There are many more fruits and vegetables that contain Iron, but these are the most common in the Philippine area.
