There are many towns and cities that are considered to hold amazing Easter processions during Semana Santa.

Malaga and Seville both hold processions that are known to be brilliant, nationwide if not worldwide.

According to wikipedia: "Linares' Holy Week has been declared of National Tourist Interest since 1998" so I'm guessing that's got to be pretty good!
