It is screwed to the underside of the fuse panel which in under the dash on the drivers side. Two 11mm Bolts loosen the fuse panel , Then wiggle it out from the two clips holding it on top. There is one 1/4" screw holding the GEM to the panel. Unscrew that, then unplug the GEM from the panel.
