Blower motor resistors are usually located close to the blower motor.
You will need to change the blower motor resistor by finding it near the air duct system. You will take the old resistor off and replace it the same way.
On the passenger side underneath the dash, look for a connector with four wires. The blower motor resistor should have two small bolts holding it in place

Most likely a bad blower motor resistor assembly. Go to dealer to see if it can be covered under warrenty.

It's in the bottom of the blower motor, on the side of it. You can look by taking the door down on the glove box or it may be below that. It is where you need to look though.

The blower motor resistor on my 2007 Chev. Colorado is located on the passenger's side, under the dash, behind the glove box. You don't need to remove the glove box, just lay on the floorboard and look up under the dash. There's a 4-wire harness plugged into the resistor assy (white plastic), in the bottom of the black heater blower shroud. Unplug the harness, remove two small screws, and pull down to remove the resistor assy.
Probably the blower motor resistor is fried. New ones from Dodge dealer are usually about $20 for the part. A very cheap and easy DIY fix.
