Click on your region of the world from the list on the left and you will be redirected to your national Gideon centre. If you click on 'Contact Us' you will be able to order a Gideon Bible or Bibles. However, Gideons only tend to give Bibles free in bulk to recognised organisations (hotels, prisons, schools, medical waiting rooms etc) as individuals should be able to afford a single Bible for themselves. Gideons provide Bibles at their own expense or through fundraising, and so this request is perfectly reasonable. The Bible used by the Gideons is usually the King James Version KJV (or the New King James Version NKJV for those who would like a modern translation). Although the New International Version (NIV) was used on the Gideons UK regional Website when quoting Bible texts online (e.g. see http://www.gideons.org.UK/BibleHelps/index.asp), it is not used by the Gideons in the printing of Bibles.
