If you have the national pokedex, talk to Mr. Blacklot in the Pokemon mansion -Just south of Hearthome City- once a day. (Do not expect him to tell you a Ditto is there immediately, it takes time) he will brag a lot and ask two questions -answer "Yes" to each, then the butler will walk over and he and Blacklot will argue and he will walk off. Once Blacklot is finished talking go in to the garden. Try searching in the North East corner first, I find most added Pokemon will be there, but do search in the whole garden and keep searching. It takes some time for the Pokemon to appear.
