You can find your loot items under the inventory tab on Mafia Wars then click on the loot page tab. Also you can find your loot under the profile tab.

Loot items cannot be bought, they are only looted at random that's why they are called loot items. You must complete jobs and fight so that you can have a greater chance of looting items. There are some items for sale in the inventory shop and from the Godfather but most items with high stats are only dropped at random.
The loots that you can see in the Mafia Wars loot page are items that you looted. The loots items are gained radomly from jobs and fights but there are certain items that are looted exclusively from certain jobs. There are items that also appear in the loot page that are not looted. These items are bought from the Godfather item store using reward points.
