Not to my knowledge. Been searching for it once a week at the most, since I watched the main series dubbed and wanted to watch the Ova's dubbed as well.
Keep a look out for it though, Hunter x Hunter English Dub was finished somewhere around February-April, so we could expect a close follow up dubbing for the OVA's.
Most likely not, because OVA are almost if not then ever dubbed. Also since they are apart of the story but not the main series can be another reason. If it was a movie or two it's chances would be greater of getting dubbed eventually.
it has not been made in English and as far as i know, viz media (the company that dubbed the first 62 episodes) have not said anything about the ova being released in English
noone knows it for sure.but i think it will start being dubbed to english in november of 2013

Yes there is the movie the princess ans the birdcage and the ova tokyo revelations and spring thunder. But I dont know if there is any more coming out.

the tsubasa ova- Tokyo revalations is out. they are now creating tsubasa shunraiki which is two episodes and that should be out in September

Yes, if you mean anime-wise, it is Shunraiki. It takes place in Celes/Nihon and has 2 episodes. There's more that happens between Tokyo Revelations and Shunraiki, but CLAMP never made an OVA or any episodes showing it. You would have to read the parts between it if you want to know what happens between then.

Technically, Tokyo Mew Mew was turned into an English adaptation called Mew Mew Power. Of course, not all of the episodes were dubbed; only the first 26 episodes.
