Conflict is a general term but if this refers to when did the Israel/Palestines begin fighting it all stems from the 1948 Arab–Israeli War. The war came after Arab rejection of the 1947 United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine (UN General Assembly Resolution 181) that would have created an Arab state and a Jewish state. The State of Israel declared itself as an independent nation, and was quickly recognized by the United States, Iran, the Soviet Union, and many other countries. Over the next few days, approximately 1,000 Lebanese, 5,000 Syrian, 5,000 Iraqi, and 10,000 Egyptian troops invaded the newly-established state. Israel launched a series of military operations in order to drive out the Arab armies and secure the borders of Israel. On January 7th 1949 a truce was reached. In December 1948, the UN General Assembly passed Resolution 194 which declared (amongst other things) that in the context of a general peace agreement "refugees wishing to return to their homes and live in peace with their neighbors should be permitted to do so" and that "compensation should be paid for the property of those choosing not to return." However, parts of the resolution were never implemented, resulting in the Palestinian refugee crisis. Thus resulting in todays Gaza/Israel on going battle.
There has been violence in Israel/Palestine for as long as humans have been living there. The land has been constested by no fewer than 20 different sovereign states/empires in its history.
If the question has a particular conflict in mind, it may be better to re-submit the question with that particular conflict to get a more precise answer.
It depends on how you define terrorism.
If terrorism refers explicitly to the suicide bombings that characterized the First and Second Intifadas, then this trend began with First Intifada in 1987.
However, if terrorism is the use of violence and intimidation of a civilian population in the pursuit of political aims, then terrorism has been a part of the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict from the 1920s, with violence from the Arabs (who would eventually become the Palestinians) against the Yishuv (which would eventually become Israel) in such events like the Nebi Musa Riots in 1920 and the Hebron Massacre in 1929, and from the Yishuv against the Arabs in events much later such as the Massacre of Deir Yassin in 1947.

No. No country or people is evil. Palestine and Palestinians are victims of violence and strife and have been attacked both by Israel and by their "fellow" Arabs. Each has placed them in occupation, deprived them of necessary materials, and stalls their chances for proper statehood.
In the area currently called Israel/Palestine.
First of all, the expression is either "Viva Palestine" or "Viva la Palestina". Both mean "long, live Palestine". There is also the implicit assumption in the statement that this is for a Palestine that replaces Israel instead of a Palestine alongside of Israel.
