The Globe Theatre was built in 1599.
The theatre called Shakespeare's Globe was opened in 1997. The one Shakespeare acted in should never be called Shakespeare's Globe or William Shakespeare's Globe since he didn't own it and had nothing to do with its construction. For the sake of clarity, that theatre should be called The Globe Playhouse or The First Globe.
He didn't. Never, ever ever. Shakespeare did not lease theatres--he was not an impressario. The company he belonged to did occasionally lease theatres (they leased Newington Butts in 1595 for example) but the individual actors did not. Why should they? They couldn't do anything without the whole company, and those decisions were made by the partners or sharers in the company, not by individual people.
But in any case the Globe Theatre was owned by a number of members of the Lord Chamberlain's Men and was built for the express purpose of having a venue for the company. They did not have to lease it.

The original Globe Theatre was built in 1599 but burned down on July 29, 1613 during a performance of Henry VIII. A second Globe, with a more fireproof roof, was built immediately thereafter and was open for the 1614 season. Shakespeare had by that time retired and it is not clear that he had any connection with the second Globe theatre.

"Shakespeare's Globe" is the name of a theatre built in 1997 which has not needed to be rebuilt. On the other hand the Globe Playhouse, constructed in 1599, and which burned down June 29, 1613, was rebuilt almost immediately and a new Globe was ready for the 1614 season. This theatre should never be described as "Shakespeare's Globe" which is the name of the modern theatre.
