Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F) and use these cooking times to prepare roast turkey that's moist, tender and delicious:
10 to 12 lb Un-stuffed Turkey 3 - 3 ¼ hrs
10 to 12 lb Stuffed Turkey 3 ½ - 3 ¾ hrs
Turkey is fully cooked and safe to eat when the meat thermometer reads 77°C or 170°F for an un-stuffed turkey and 82°C or 180°F for a stuffed turkey.
See the link below for cooking times and temps for turkeys.
About 4 to 4.5 hours. If you have a probe thermometer that can be in the oven, use that. Remove the turkey when the breast temp (don't hit the bone) hits 161 degrees (yes, most say 165, but the birds going to keep cooking when you remove it from the oven).
A general rule of thumb is to cook all chicken and turkey until it has an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Typically you cook a half hour per pound leading you to cook it for approximately three to four hours.
You should cook an unstuffed turkey for 15 minutes per pound at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
A 4.3 pound turkey should be cooked in a fryer for at least 13 minutes. The turkey should have an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
The inside meat temp should be about 160 to 180 degrees.
About a half cup of oil should be more than enough to brush a light coating over the surface of an 18 pound turkey 3 times throughout the cooking process.
To calculate the cooking time for a 20-pound turkey at 325 degrees with a cooking time of 20 minutes per pound, you would multiply the weight of the turkey by the cooking time per pound. In this case, 20 pounds multiplied by 20 minutes per pound equals 400 minutes. To convert this to hours, you would divide by 60, resulting in approximately 6.67 hours of cooking time for the turkey at 325 degrees.
A bone-in turkey breast should be cooked in a 325 degree oven for 22-25 minutes per pound. Based on that, the cooking time for a 9-pound breast should be cooked about 3 hours and 40 minutes.

A 29 pound turkey can be cooked in the oven at 325 degrees. The turkey should cook for 4.5-5 hours in the oven.
