He is a very big deal. In my opinion, he is our Saviour, friend and father. He is the one who can understand you when no one else can. You can cry to Him and not feel embarrassed no matter what. He loves you, but this doesn't mean you will go to heaven no matter what. He loves you but when you deny Him and don't let Him in your heart you go to hell. The Bible tells what He's done for you. When you make a mistake no matter what it is He will forgive you if you say sorry...and truly mean and promise to try with all your might not to do it again.
This is a big part ... if you do something wrong over and over again, God will forgive you, and say " That's really bad don't do that" Imagine your own child doing something horrible and promising you that they would never ever do it again and they go behind your back and do it again. That's what we do to God and it hurts his feelings a lot. If you have an addiction (as most people do at some point in their life) and it doesn't have to be drugs it can be greediness (envy) hate jealousy, being a peeping tom, sex, or killing, God can help you through it but you have to want to change. Then he will forgive you This is a small summary, and the biggest summary is the Bible.
