For the typical 36 page 4 color comic books, 1969 was the year that the majority went from 12 cents to 15 cents. 68-84 page comics were 25 cents. Not 100% sure, but I believe the black and white magazine-size comics were 35 cents, Alternative and Underground comics were 50 cents.

!961 was the last year , that I remember , a comic book being 10 cents . Around 1964 comics were 12 cents so sometime between 1961 and 1964 .
