Not really. Macaroni cheese is high in carbohydrates, high in fat and low in vitamins (there's no fruit or veg in macaroni cheese).
The main protein found in milk and cheese is Casein :D
A few I know are calcium, phosphorous, protein, fat soluble vitamins and B vitamins. There is probably more.
Vitamins A and C and the B vitamins Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin.
Vitamin A is one of the most important vitamins for hair growth and can be found in carrot, lemon, grapefruit, sweet potatoes, broccoli, apricots, fish liver oil, meat, milk, cheese, eggs, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, and peaches.
Vitamins A, B,C and E.
Depends what exactly you mean. My cheese is usually found in the fridge.
If you are looking for a nutrient, then Milk and Cheese are very high in calcium, however if you want specific vitamins, then they do not have much, but they do contain the most vitamin A.
Vitamins A,E, D and fish oil all do wonders for the skin. You can get these from low fat dairy products such as cheese, yogurts, cottage cheese and berry type fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, blackberries etc.
Vitamins are found in mostly all food sources but, most don't contain all the vitamins.
