Brahms's style of composition was basically romantic in expression within classical structures.
If you mean what genres did he compose in, these are the principle ones:
Symphonies, concertos, string quartets and other chamber music, songs, sonatas and short pieces for keyboard. He did not compose music for the theatre (operas or ballets).
Brahms was a late romantic composer who reverted back to a more classical style. He devoted his major effort to traditional genres like string quartets, symphonies, and concertos. He liked to use sonata form, rondo and theme and variation forms; he did like miniatures though. Although grandiose compositions were popular in the romantic period he didn't compose any.
Mozart died in 1791, Brahms was born in 1833. Obviously there is no way Brahms could have influenced Mozart.
