What type of animals live in Maryland?

Mostly elk,deer,moose etc. Most in that sort of category. However their we're also bears. And from the colonists point of view Indians we're savage animals, however most of them were peaceful. I might only be 10 years old but I'm really expierienced in the colonial times period.

The Appalachian mountains is an ecosystem of its own with plenty of deer and the Atlantic Ocean is teeming with fish and even a rare whale or a complete pod can be sighted.
