I was told that Vaseline or Neosporine will help if you put some on the end of a Q Tip and gently dab it on the sore spots. Also Saline Solution that you can buy over the counter helps moisturize membranes. Not sure if that is the reason for your problem but it wouldn't hurt to try and if it still doesn't clear up, I'd go see a doctor!
