The Anime is currently suspended/cancelled, specifically no new episodes after 366 are planned. At the current time there are no comments about the future of the English dubbed adaptation of the anime. It is still currently planned to continue into season 14. There is speculation/hope that when Yite Kubo finishes the, "Final arc" the anime will be resumed.

I personaly go to Watchop.com. I watch subbed (Japanese). They are pretty good at updating there episodes :) They also have dubbed (english), last time i checked they only had that range of episodes up to 200. sorry if i couldnt help.

The maker of the series is Japanese, therefore, the episodes will come out sooner in Japan as it takes time to send the new episodes over to America.

the channel should be jetix but they are no longer showing naruto at this moment in time but the naruto shippuden should air sometime in about 2-3 years time another answer: Naruto shippuden in English Dubbed will not be on aired unless all the Japanese version all been published But . i know a site that is already showing them called www.narutoget.com and it also has a link to the mangas it has over 90 dubbed shippuden episodes and 235 subbed episodes and it is on going, new episodes are added every thursday

Is soul eater coming to America?
If by Soul Eater you mean the anime and manga where people can turn into weapons I think it already has. I watched Subbed episodes on souleaterepisodes.com and last time I was there I saw a couple of English dubbed episodes.
