I have heard that you can. I am not sure about that. I am 14 and i work for Walmart. I get employee of the month about every month. I recently got a raise for 10 dollars per hour to 18.75 per hour. They must really like me.

Check your states labor laws or check with a local manager, as it will vary from state to state. In Ohio, you must be 16 in order to do any cooking or baking, which includes use of the oven used to bake bread and cookies, a major part of the job.
