It depends where you come from I suppose. If you live in the Northern Hemisphere, 25 might be warm enough for shorts and a t-shirt. It might be wise to wear a jumper too, though. If you live in the Southern Hemisphere, it might feel a bit cooler, so maybe a jumper and some longer pants but a t-shirt underneath.
When it is 18 degrees Celsius, you should consider wearing a light jacket or sweater to stay comfortable. It is a moderate temperature, so you may also opt for long sleeves and pants or a combination of layers that you can easily remove if it gets warmer. Additionally, consider the wind and humidity levels in your area, as they can impact how you feel in the temperature.
Men - Maybe either shorts/ 3/4's and a vest or shorts/ 3/4's and a t-shirt, with trainer socks and trainers
Women - Dress or vest/ t - shirt and a skirt or vest/ t-shirt and shorts
That's what I would suggest
Hope it helps :)
The winds might be chilly though, so wear a wind jacket if your riding or something.
a t shirt + hoodie or a sweater and jeans will be suficent to most. 15 degree is just cool but many still find it cold to them , if you are sensitive to the cold , a sweater and jacket with a hat is nessisary , a warm scarf , muttons and a wool underwear + socks. for those heavy exercising ,adapted or just somehow resistant like me , you can wear cotton shirts and pants , maybe t shirts and shorts. i been weaaring those in 15 degree condition. i feel a bit cold but it is bearable .still
in slightly below 13 degrees celsius a regular person would repeat what a cold sensitive would do in 15c w/ wool hats. 0-7 and u can wear thermal underwear below ur sweaters or/and jackets ,thx u for reading till here
