Generally speaking, in Oregon, an emancipated minor is free from parental control, they are free to establish their own residency (which doesn't mean that landlords are required to rent to them), to enter into a contract (which doesn't mean people are required to enter into a contract with them), to sue, to be sued, and they are subject to the jurisdiction of the adult court if they commit a crime. They are not free to vote, to drink, or to obtain a marriage license.
