None of them are named after Shakespeare's characters but rather after the Roman Gods. The planets were named centuries before Shakespeare was born. Two of them share a name with Shakespeare's characters: Venus is a character in Venus and Adonis, and Jupiter appears in the play Cymbeline.

Four of the five major moons of the planet Uranus, on the other hand, are named for Shakespearean characters: Titania and Oberon from A Midsummer Night's Dream and Ariel and Miranda from The Tempest. The other, Umbriel, is from Pope's Rape of the Lock. The Voyager probe discovered ten further tiny moonlets around Uranus, nine of which are named for Shakespearean characters.
