A Fine dining restaurant should offer its guests top notch food, and atmosphere. Customer service should be more attentive than a casual restaurant. Fine Dining service goes far beyond taking an order and delivering food. The service requires much attention to detail by staff.

Therefore staff needs to be rigorously trained. As for atmosphere standards should be : fine china, glassware, flatware, cloth napkins & tablecloths -usually white, lighting is usually subtle.

The main characteristic of a fine dining restaurant is to serve people the ultimate food and a good environment to the guest. The atmosphere is also quite important.
