The actuator is in the top of the valvebody. You would need to take off the top cover of the trans. and then the cover of the actuators.
The temperature actuator motor controls the flow of air through the heater core. The motor is located under the driver's side dash, above the transmission tunnel. It's a little difficult to get to, but not bad. Check heatertreater.net for pictures and what to check for on the actuator motor.
check the shift linkages for adjustment.there is also an actuator switch on side of transmission will prevent this. if those 2 checks dont fix the problem, your transmission is shot
Please clarify your question and include make, model, year, engine size and transmission. Are you asking about an actuator for the turbo charger? The waste gate on the turbo charger? Or for the heater vent controls?
That switch is screewed into the top of the transfur case that's bolted to the rear of the transmission.
An actuator for what.
there is an actuator switch on transmission. have this checked. it is what helps tranmission shift at right time
Filter is mounted on the left side engine/transmission mount. Under the cruise control actuator.
what actuator?
Actuator speed is determined by:
When actuator travels in the direction of air supplied, then the actuator is called direct acting actuator.
Need to put truck in 4x4 with engine off, transmission in park key onTake a test light and check the wires on the Actuator, and see if they are hot.If they are hot Then replace the 4x4 Actuator in the front housing. If they are not, Then check the 4x4 fuse
