I won a 60inch Bravia SONY TV in its box, completely in its proper packaging, however I received batteries but no remote so I can't turn on my TV. Is there a CODE I can use that will program my WAVE remote to my new TV so I can turn on the TV?

Yes I can use my Sony Bravia BR6 HDTV remote to play PS3 Blue ray Discs and DVDs including the play, stop, pause, fast forward and other functions. I do not know if every Sony TV remote works like this only that mine does and when I purchased a Sony Home theater I found that remote also worked

The Hitachi TV and the Sony Bravia are the same when it comes to picture quality and the size of the TV. The only main difference that I can find is that the Hitachi does have more features when it comes to the different TV formats then the Sony Bravia.
