Physical property has a real, inherent value: this pencil is worth a nickel.

Intellectual property has value ascribed to it: I think my drawing of the pencil is worth hundreds of dollars; you probably don't.

More importantly, physical property is a thing, like a shoe; copyright is a right, like privacy and free speech. No one can take your rights, but they can violate or infringe on them.

What is the difference between chemical property and physical property?

The way I remember the difference, is: a physical property is a property that you can observe without changing it (or observe without a chemical reaction). So properties like melting point, boiling point, density, color, hardness are all physical properties. A property like 'reacts with water' could only be observed by performing the reaction to observe the change.

What is the difference between physical change ands physical property?

A physical property is any characteristic of a material that can be observed or/and measured without changing the identity.A physical change is the change in which the properties of a substance change but the identity always stays the same.

What is the difference between a physical property and a chemical property of wood?

A physical property of wood is a characteristic that can be observed or measured without changing the wood's chemical composition, such as its density or color.
