You will usually start of at minimum wage or at most a quarter or so more. Sometimes they will hire people on as managers and now these would make more. Every six months there is performance review, and this is how you obtain your raises. For crew it is based off of your performance in multiple categories, some being how you work with other crew members and following procedures. The raises range from 5 to 25 cents, but sometimes can be none, or even a little more.
There is no standard hourly pay for a 18 year old working at McDonald's. At the very least an 18 year old would be making minimum wage.
