Physical properties are characteristics of a substance that can be observed or measured without changing the substance's identity, such as color, density, or boiling point. Chemical properties describe how a substance interacts with other substances to form new substances, such as flammability, reactivity, or toxicity.
Sun spots are considered a physical property because they are a visible characteristic of the Sun's surface related to its magnetic activity and not a result of any chemical changes.
Yes
Tangible property refers to physical assets that can be touched or seen, such as vehicles or equipment. Tangible real property specifically pertains to physical assets related to real estate, such as land or buildings. In essence, tangible real property is a subset of tangible property, focusing on real estate assets.
physical property, because physical properties can be observed without changing the substance; chemical properties must undergo a chemical change to observe it's chemical potentialColor can be most easily understood at the reflection of light off a material that is recognised by the chemical changes it causes to the rods and cones of a person's eyes.......Light or (or photon) is energy that we perceive with our eyes just as heat is energy you perceive as heat. The range of energy that we can perceive with our eyes is called the "visible range" and can often be seen in the rainbow. The difference between the infrared energy and the visible light energy is the frequency.......If we take a prism and pass white light through it we see the colors of light. the prism has caused a (Refraction) physical change in the white light and separated it into the various frequencies that cause different chemical changes in our eyes that our brains identify as colors.......An object such as the fruit we know as an orange has a skin that our eyes perceive as orange in color because the same white light hits the orange and only the reflected frequencies that impact our eyes are those that cause the chemical changes that our brains identify as the orange color.......With this understanding of how we perceive color we should be able to answer is color a chemical or physical property of matter.......Given that a change in color is fundamentally the change in the ability to physically change what frequencies of light are reflected back to, and perceived by the eye.......This has nothing to do with what caused the change in reflectivity and further suggests that color is an indicator rather that an actual property of matter when discussing the nitty gritty of things
A physical property is a characteristic of a substance that can be observed or measured without changing its composition, such as color or density. A physical quantity, on the other hand, is a numerical value assigned to a physical property, often with a unit of measurement, such as mass or length. In essence, physical properties describe the qualities of a substance, while physical quantities assign numerical values to those qualities.
You can tell the difference by knowing that a physical property changes shape and that a chemical property changes the substance.
A physical property of wood is a characteristic that can be observed or measured without changing the wood's chemical composition, such as its density or color. A chemical property of wood involves how it interacts with other substances to undergo a chemical change, such as its ability to burn or react with certain chemicals.

what is the difference between a physical change and a physical property
Physical property is an aspect of matter that can be observed or measured without changing, Chemical property may only be observed by changing the chemicals identity of a substance. (this was copied off a scientific website) :)
physical properties are those that can be seen or measured without changing a material. chemical properties tell how the substance forms new substances when it mixes with something else.
The way I remember the difference, is: a physical property is a property that you can observe without changing it (or observe without a chemical reaction). So properties like melting point, boiling point, density, color, hardness are all physical properties. A property like 'reacts with water' could only be observed by performing the reaction to observe the change.
the difference between a physical change and a chemical change is that a physical change is usually reversible whilst a chemical change is not reversible.

A physical change is reversible, a chemical change is not.
