Umbra may be the most powerful weapon you can get, but you cannot buy it. Possibly the most powerful weapon you can buy is an Akaviri Warblade you can buy from Jensine which has damage of 16 and also delivers 15 pts of Damage Health and 30 points of each of Damage Fatigue and Damage Magica. It's a two-handed Longsword.
While it all depends on your preference and skill level, in my opinion the artifact hammer Skull Crusher is the best Morrowind weapon. It's one of the more difficult weapons to find, and the player has to travel a pretty long distance then search deep into a dungeon. (I'll leave the searching to you) Skull Crusher is a one handed blunt weapon, and in lore books is said to be a war hammer (the only in the game). It's one handed, light weight, and has some of the most powerful attacks in the game.
But if you absolutely have to have a sword, I recommend the Paladin's Blade.
You can look both these weapons up online to find them and their exact stats.
these are the best weapons in morrowind:
1.Hopesfire- only on the game of the year edition, you have to beat the second main quest(the one where you either take sides with almalexia or Helseth) and once you beat the quest you'll have two weapons: trueflame and hopesfire. Hopesfire is best because it does either frost or shock damage i cant remember, and has highest damage in game and is one handed. Trueflame does the same damage but does fire damage, and half the characters in the game are dark elves, which are res. to fire dam.
2.Goldbrand- an easy sword to get, but hard to start the quest. Complete Boethiah's Quest.
3- Umbra- easy to get... just travel near suran and find the guy, and kill him and you get it.
4.Assassins dagger- simple: just get the highest rank in the Morag Tong. It has low damage, but has 25 poison damage for 60 secs, so just strike and run and they die.
5. Chrysmere: reffered to as the Paladins Blade because it can heal and shields you, it hits 1-70 damage but is also two handed and weighs alot.
There is no actual best weapon in the game but for swords would be the Umbra sword or the dusk/dawn fang because it gets better as you use it. As far as armor goes it would be Daedra, Imperial Dragon, Crusaders armor, or glass. It depends on what you want. Crusader has a lot of effects, Daedra, Imperial Dragon, and Glass all have a lot of protecting power.
GameStop has it for about $10.
The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion (GOTY) since this one would have the least glitches, plus includes Knights of the nine and shivering isles expansions.
In my opinion, Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind was the best. Oblivion would be my second fevorite, followed by Arena. I can't wait for number 5 to come out later this year.
Elder scrolls 4 Oblivion or modern warfare 2
magical skills, blade, blunt or block. choose from them.
random dungeons
in random creates or barrels like in the market district
A Daedric Bow OR If you have the Shivering Isles expansion pack, you can get a Madness Bow. There is also a relatively powerful bow you can get in the main Shivering Isles storyline that has a random spell effect upon strike.
to be honest the best thing to do is experiment with them. i was throwing ingredients together at random and made a potion worth 300gold
Bretons with destructoin and illusoin as ur major magic skills but do not be an apprentice as ur birthsign use mage.
It depends on which type of spell e.g: deconstruction and illusions spells. If you are on the PC version of Oblivion IV the elder scrolls, you can use a cheat to get all spells: in gameplay press the`key (located at the top left hand corner of the keyboard below the Esc key) and type in psb, and enjoy! alright different persoon then the dude on top but best desruction spell is imorlating blast
Each horse is different, so the best is either the unicorn which can't be a default horse, or the Shadowmere which can be a default horse. The unicorn is the strongest and the 2nd fastest. The Shadowmere is the fastest. The Best buyable horse in Oblivion is the White Hourses (Cheydinhal stable).
