i say that training at stark mountain (outside) ont inside on battle island is a good choice you can fight magcargo, rhyhorn, rhydon, slugma, numel, graveller and camerupt for 2 and 1 points each.
Raffihell:
that's good for high level Pokemon but ev training should be done at a low level to ensure that there are none or very few ev points in stats that you don't want.
So the place I'm suggesting is: The Oreburgh Mine
Pokemon-----Encounter %-----EV's
------------------------------------------
Geodude------50%--------------1 Def.
Zubat---------48%--------------1 Spd.
Onix-----------2%---------------1 Def.
As you can see it's easy to train a Pokemon in defense even Speed!!!
for attack the best place is one island, in the area where there are the group of people that use machokes, they will eventually get around level 55, but you will get about +7 attack each time, and for health there is seven island, which has a trainer with a blissey,
Best nature for Pidgeot is Adamant or Lonely(If you want Air Slash.). You might want to do some Attack EV training for it. I suggest the Tauros on Route 47, as they give off attack AND speed(Which is also very good for Pidgeot) EVS and there's a Pokemon Center nearby. Moveset: Fly Roost Wing Attack/Aerial Ace Secret Power It's not the best set out there, so you might want to search on Google.
attack and special attack coz its base is 120 attack and 110 sp.atk Thanks, but what about speed?
Blackthorn City in Johto. A lady in a hut will give your Pokemon the ribbon if it has worked hard.
e v training iis when u giv an item like macho brace when you level up the stat increace will be hihger for instancfe if u get +4 on a lvl up you get +8 on your lvl up

Well, Roselia has pretty decent Sp. Attack EV's, so try just west of Mauvile.
The best place is on Route 207 where you can battle Machop. However, you only get 1 attack EV and it is advisable to do EV training after getting the national dex since you can obtain all the power items. ---------------------------------------- i found that a good place to train in on route 210 north it is good because you can train attack and a little bit of speed the best time to train is the morning i recommend changing the clock to 4:30 all you need to do is fight all Pokemon except swablu that helps with sp. def it is 30% common in day and 20% common in morning
depends on the nature the Pokemon haves:P:P
It's pretty obvious... EV train (I suggest EV Training in Defense)...
you can battle shinx for 1 ev point in attack or gyrados for 2
Ghastly is best trained in the Pokemon Tower where you caught it. Ghastly relies on it's Special Attack stat, and all the wild Pokemon in the tower, except Cubone, give Special Attack EV's. If it's a trainer battle you want go to Three Island and battle the girl with the Bulbasaur and Ivysaur's over and over for Special Ev's. The Ivysaur's will give 1 EV to both special Stats though so be careful.
Not much, just a whole lotta Zubats. Good place for EV training in speed
Well, I'm not sure why you're Special Attack training a Leafeon, they're a much better physical attacker, but suit yourself I would suggest putting a GBA Pokemon game in to the GBA slot in your DS and then going to the abandoned Chateu and going in to the room that has the eye paintin on the wall, in there you should find Gengars and Haunters, both of which are good for special attack EV training
probly at the pokemon leuge
No, the normal form in sapphire is the most powerful
You should EV train Volcrona in Sp. Attack and Sp. Def or Speed
