A weather station is the best device to measure atmospheric pressure, temperature, and moisture. It typically includes instruments such as a barometer for pressure, a thermometer for temperature, and a hygrometer for moisture measurement. These devices provide comprehensive data for monitoring weather conditions.

Could tile be installed over gypsum board?

That depends upon location. Tiles can be installed on a gypsum board wall or ceiling. (But make sure that the tiles are well grouted; if moisure gets past the tile into the gypsum board, it will be damaged.) Floors require greater strength - but then, you wouldn't normally have a gypsum board floor, with or without tile.

How does plastic coating prevent rusting?

Electrolysis can be used to prevent rusting because metals give away electrons and if the metal is wired up to the negative electrode it gains electrons which means it will prevent rusting as it isn't losing electrons.

What is the medical term for ingrown nails?

I can tell you what not to do, and that is try to be your own doctor. I have 2 on my fingers now and one is very infected because I tried to remove it myself, didnt want to shell out the cash on a doctor. It is very very painful but is getting better. The advice I did get from a qualified medical doctor was this.... keep antibiotic ointment on it at all times in the beginning and put a bandaid around it, not tight, but to keep the moisure inside , it softens up the tissues and eventully the dead cells come off by theirself, and if you can get manicures regularly, then do because it makes a world of difference when your nail is properly cut and filed. If you cant get them, then learn how to cut and file the nail and the skin around it so it dosent start growing wrong again. And good luck to anyone who has one, its a B##CH. But don't , no matter what, try cutting, and pulling and thinking you can fix it that way, because you cant,

Why does copper and silver bangles turn green and black respectivly after their worn for many days?

Copper turns green (verdigris) when exposed to moisture and oxygen, forming copper oxide. Silver turns black (tarnish) due to a chemical reaction with sulfur compounds in the air. Both processes are caused by the metals reacting with elements in their environment, leading to the formation of new compounds on the surface.

What burns faster branches or treated wood?

Treated wood burns faster than branches because treated wood is often dried and has chemicals added to it, causing it to ignite more quickly. Branches, on the other hand, may have more moisture and natural fibers that can slow down the burning process.

2000 durango 4 7 what causes condensation build up in the oilcap you replaced the cap and stick but still get a lot of condensation and yellow creamy color stuff Any ideas to solve this or cause?

Was having the same problem. Guy at gurage said to use a oil flush to clean out the junk that build up in the engine. After the flush i had no build up for seversl years. This happens because the pcv valve is lower than the top of the cap and the cap is ice cold, you will notice that you do not get the yellow sludge in the summer. what you need to do is either wrap the oil fil tube with insulation ( not too good of a fix) or the prefered way, drill and tap the oil cap with a 1/8 27 npt tapered thread and put a platic fitting with a quick release air disconnect into the hole. this can be purchased from home depot then disconnect the pcv valve air supply but leave the old valve in place to fill the hole. now run a 1/4 inch line from the fitting to an aftermarket pcv valve and reconnect to the vacuum line that was on the old valve. this will remove moisure from where it naturally occumulates (at the highest point.) this will also prolong your oil life and eventually your engine from pan sludge which causes oil pump failure. if you want some photos of the complete job e-mail me it is about a 10 minute job and costs about $2. you cant go wrong. Eric; lee_eric@sbcglobal.net wouldn't suggest an oil flush unless you have them regularly as this could loosen a lot of gunk which will only end up in your oil pan, and then recirculate back in your engine.
