kurama is composed of at least two "Kanji" combination, Kura and Ma.

Kura often means "warehouse" or "saddle". Ma often means " interval" or "horse".

So, the first pattern means "sit temporary in a warehouse", "warehouse space", "between warehouse to warehouse" or something else like that.

The second pattern means "horse with saddle (harness)". This second type of "Kurama" is also the name of famouse and historical town in Kyoto, where it is believed that "Tengu", a monster spilit in Japan, has been living.

Other types of Kurama may also exist.

The word 'kurama' is commonly used as a name. Some possibilities are:

- 九喇嘛 (from Naruto [also called Kyuubi])

- 鞍馬 (also from Naruto [Kurama clan])

- 鞍馬 (a town in Kyoto)

- くらま (name of a ship)

If you'd like to refer to the word 'kurama' without any of the above meanings, you can also simply use either くらま or クラマ.
